By accessing and using Free Classic Audiobooks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Free Classic Audiobooks provides text-to-speech conversion of public domain ebooks into audiobook format. The Service is provided free of charge during our beta testing period.

3. Content Sources

The ebooks converted by this Service are sourced from public domain collections. These works are not protected by copyright and are freely available for public use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

Attempt to overload, disrupt, or damage the Service
Use automated tools to excessively access the Service
Redistribute generated audiobooks for commercial purposes without permission
Use the Service to violate any applicable laws

5. Voice Cloning (Future Feature)

When voice cloning features are introduced, additional terms will apply:

Strictly Prohibited:

Cloning voices of celebrities, public figures, or fictional characters without authorisation
Cloning any person's voice without their explicit consent
Creating content that impersonates others for fraudulent purposes
Creating defamatory, harassing, or illegal content

Users who violate these rules will be immediately banned and may face legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The source texts are public domain. However:

The Service's code, design, and branding are our intellectual property
Text-to-speech technology is provided under license from third parties
You may use generated audiobooks for personal, non-commercial use

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or quality of text-to-speech output
Availability of specific books or features
